Please join us for a slideshow talk by urban ecologist Richard Register

on Eco-Cities around the world.

DIRECTIONS:   From the intersection of First and Vermont in L.A., go one

block east on First Street, turn right on Bimini, go one block.  Vermont

bus is #204, Metro stop is at Beverly/Vermont; walk two blocks south to

First.  If parking is difficult on Bimini, go to the south end of block

and park at Vons (our neighborhood is safe to walk).

Richard was the founder of Urban Ecology and Eco-City Builders in the

San Francisco area.  He organized the First International Eco-Cities

Conference in 1990.  Richard pioneered the urban creek restoration

movement and is the author of “Eco-City Berkeley.”  You’ll be inspired!
