Looking for cheap or free scrap wood, lumber, building materials, glass, 
tile, organics, and more? Check out this great searchable (by region) 
database by the California Integrated Waste Management Board:
http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/calmax/
If you've got stuff to get rid of and you don't want to toss it in a 
landfill, you can also post a message to let others know that its 
available!
