Today, most grasslands in California are dominated by non-native European annual grasses and forbs.

Dr. Carla D’Antonio will explore the influence of these “invaders” and how livestock grazing can influence both
native and non-native grasses.

Carla D’Antonio is currently Chair of the Environmental Studies Program at UC Santa Barbara and Faculty Advisor at the UC Sedgwick Reserve.
