TRINITY GARDENS is sponsoring a winter vegetable cooking class on JANUARY 19th, SATURDAY, 10:30-1:30 at 909 N. La Cumbre Road. 

Instructor Linda Vogel will guide participants on healthy winter vegetable recipes, with an end-of session class luncheon.

 Trinity Garden's own homegrown winter squash, kale, and Christmas lima beans will be featured.
