The available room is 10 X 13, has great closet space, two large windows, wood floors, with shared bathroom. The rent is $725 plus utilities. 

About your housemates:
You would be living with two adult women that enjoy a strong sense of community in the household and a few of the BEST PETS in the world! We're talking cats and dogs here people so if you don't like furry beasts, or have horrific allergies this would not be a good choice for you. Although we love all animals, we are unfortunately at our max and cannot add another. Also, our chateau is home to an amazing preschool that runs throughout the week, so we're looking for someone whose work hours and personality fit with the space. This is an active, caring, very clean, respectful environment waiting for the right third person to add their own brand of mojo. 

About the house:
Beautiful ocean views, landscaped front and back yard, vegetable garden, beautiful wood floors, central air and heat, fireplace, washer & dryer, garage storage/project space, short walking distance to all you need.
