natural systems, the Ecology of Leadership Program
guides participants on a leadership development
journey through self-inquiry, skill-building, and
deepened nature connection. You will:

* Nourish your passions
* Build leadership and communication skills
* Build a peer-coaching support network between
workshops
* "Compost" limiting behaviors and beliefs
* Design and implement a self-inspired project, giving
you the chance to practice new leadership skills
while making a difference in your community
* Deepen your relationship with nature
