1. County Board of Supervisors approved an innovative program - emPower SB

We need your help - again
Ask the Board of Supervisors to approve the budget for an energy financing program for property owners - EMAIL NOW!

This past April, thanks to your calls and emails, the County Board of Supervisors approved an innovative program - emPower SBC - that is expected to create up to a thousand jobs and provide home owners and business owners with an easy way to make their property more energy & water efficient through installation of energy efficient windows, solar panels, insulation, low flow water fixtures, etc.

This week the Board of Supervisors is deciding whether or not to fund that program with a one-time allotment of $5 million from the General Fund.  This long term investment will be repaid to the County over the next several years, and is expected to generate over $160 million in economic development in our region.

This week's decision will make or break emPower. SEND AN EMAIL TO THE SUPERVISORS IN SUPPORT OF EMPOWER
