The following is a reply to an inquiry I sent to a local veggie restaurant that uses compostable 'cornware' and to-go containers.

"We order our disposable utensils through a distributor - American 
Paper.  They provide products from a few different manufacturers and 
the one we currently use is Wilkinson.  I'm not sure they are accessible 
in a reasonable quantity, but there are several other sources on the 
Internet.
