Local Green Building Professional/Consultant Seeks Shelter In Santa Barbara

I’m searching for an environmentally minded landowner who would mutually benefit by providing a living space at an affordable rate.  I’m open to any of the following possibilities either in their current state or something I can remodel green: a guesthouse, a barn, an out building, a garage, or an open space where a property value added structure could be built.  I’m open to any possibility.  In exchange for affordable rent I am willing to assist you with your property.  My skills and interests include Green Building, Organic Gardening, Permaculture, Living Roofs, Rainwater Harvesting, and Creating Environmentally Friendly Living Spaces.   I am also in the process of becoming LEED Accredited.  For Gods sake, will somebody help me?   Please contact me at (805) 698-3911.
