March 13th - 19th. Natural Building Workshop
Spend a week living in a spiritual community, practicing meditation and learning to build a hand-sculpted, earthen structure (Cob). We will be co-creating a small meditation building that will be a delightful addition to the retreat center. A beginning meditation technique will be taught.
