We all need and want a healthy, abundant and sustainable environment that provides for our basic needs, fostered and shared with a peaceful, diverse and collaborative community.

Permaculture, as design science and ecological lifestyle, provides the most viable framework for this path to individual, environmental and social sustainability!

Join Us to learn how to you can apply permaculture in your own life and local community from the author of the bestselling book on permaculture in the world, Toby Hemenway!

In this talk, Mr. Hemenway will provide insights from his new 2015 book The Permaculture City: Regenerative Design for Urban, Suburban and Town Resilience.

The Permaculture City begins in the garden but takes what we have learned there and applies it to a much broader range of human experience; we’re not just gardening plants but people, neighborhoods, and even cultures. Hemenway lays out how permaculture design can help town dwellers solve the challenges of meeting our needs for food, water, shelter, energy, community, and livelihood in sustainable, resilient ways.
