The meeting at noon that follows the garden work will be critical for deciding how the Garden Group is going to continue. We want to figure out:

·         What should the Garden Group do? e.g. barn raisings, facilitating land share partnerships, ongoing garden help

·         How should the Garden Group organize itself? e.g. a facilitation committee, google docs

Gardening needs:

·         Compost distribution

·         Drip irrigation installation

·         Sowing seeds & planting natives and/or trees

Bring (if you have):

·         Gloves

·         Shovels

         Picks

·         Wheelbarrow

·         Food or drink for the potluck

Directions from Campus Road:

Ami’s house (1922 Campus Road) is near Occidental College in Eagle Rock. Once on Campus Road, pay close attention for a sign stating "Road Ends In 250ft."  The house is on a hill and is the last one on the right on that road, which is still Campus Road. Do not continue driving up the hill instead. 

Parking:

Parking is limited right near the house.  Please park in the driveway without blocking the neighbors from getting out, and avoid the red curbs. There's plenty of parking a block away attached to Occidental College on Campus Road before the "Road Ends" sign.
