Jerry Brown is making all the redevelopment agencies pay the state back money in order to receive any more funds.<br>They have to use the money they have or lose it. This is making the cities fast track the redevelopment projects they have been sitting on.<br>
The city of 29 palms is using this money to tear down houses to mitigate blight.<br>I&#39;d like to use the money to maintain the landscaping around foreclosed homes and put them into food production but they wont go for it.<br>
