Hiya, 

I am looking for a sweet house to move into with other permies and action oriented folks that I can garden with in a place called home.  

A little about me: I am 30, a young active professional in the environmental and social responsibility sphere, a community organizer with spirit and driven, and work roughly 9-5 M-F and I love my work. I just relocated to LA from the Bay Area for a new job in Burbank a few months ago - I used to live here 5 years ago after 7 years in Portland doing a bunch of stuff with www.CityRepair.org. I am looking to move June 1st or later if it is the right spot - and prefer to live within biking distance to Burbank (30-40min bike) so Eagle Rock and Atwater Village are appealing in that respect. My range is $650-$900.
