This years Santa Clarita’s Earth Arbor Day invites you to take part in this great celebration of artistic, sustainable, and local green initiative where eco-minded artists, green businesses, and ecologically-concerned community groups gather to share resources and education about green and healthy living.

Santa Clarita’s Earth Arbor Day vendor application will be online. Attached is a step-by-step guide to help register your organization onto Zapp (www.zapplication.org).
Vendor booth fee:
Commercial - $100
Non-Profit - $50 (most provide 501C-3)
**After being accepted on
Monday, March 21 you may rent the following (and at that time pay for your
vendor fee):
10x10 booth:
$90
10x20 booth: $150
Power: $20
Chairs: $3
Tables: $10
Photos:
You will need 1 photo of your product or organizations logo to be uploaded onto Zapp. If you are having difficulty formatting your pictures to be within the 1920 pixels required, please e-mail me your picture/logo and I will format them and send them back to you within 24 hours.
The deadline to apply for Earth Arbor Day is Monday, March 14. Applications will be review by Friday, March 18 and a notice will go out on Monday, March 21 to applicants that have been accepted.
