These six kittens are ready for their new permanent homes. They're 10 weeks old, healthy, playful, friendly and love to cuddle. They are microchipped, vaccinated (first FVRCP plus booster), tested for and free of feline AIDS and leukemia, dewormed, flea-dipped and LITTERBOX-TRAINED!! Four of the females are spayed and ready to place now. One female and the only male will be spayed/neutered this Monday and will be ready to place within two weeks. 

About these kittens: They were picked up and brought to South LA shelter with their mother when they were five weeks old. Their mother was euthanized when they were six weeks old because they were able to eat solid food. I have been fostering them with the help of a rescue organization since they were seven weeks old. They have been living indoors and outdoors in an enclosed backyard with opportunity to climb trees and run and be very active. They have even had the opportunity to spend time with my friends' dogs who have visited the house, and they are not intimidated by them. These babies are super healthy and have wonderful personalities. They're energetic but mellow, very secure, and love to cuddle and be held. They would be wonderful pets for families with small children and even dogs. Since they've been living both indoors and outdoors, they can adapt to either and will help keep the rats and mice away from your home and garden.

There is a small adoption fee of $40 for one and $65 for two. All shelter and medical records will be included with adoption. Here are descriptions: 

Rusty: Tortie female with black, rust and blonde fur. The best hunter of all. Loves to chase things and sleep beside you when she's worn out. 
Emmy: Tortie female with mostly black and some blonde fur. Loves to sit on your lap and be held and purrs like crazy! 
Tiny: Tortie female with black, rust and blonde fur, especially around her eyes. The runt of the litter and extremely charming. She is the most talkative. 
Topaz: Calico female with white, black and rust fur, and beautiful topaz eyes. She is a little shy but very loving once she feels comfortable with you. She loves to be held close and will purr for hours. 
Minnie: Calico female with white, black and rust fur. She is the friendliest of the females. She will follow you everywhere and is always interested in what the humans are doing. Very intelligent. 
Little Man: Orange tabby male. Super friendly, confident and charming. He loves people. He'll probably run for president someday. ;)
