Hey<br>If you can tear yourself away from such important news such as Lavron James, Mel Gibson, Lindsay Lohan and Chelsea Clinton heres an issue that helps all of us and  you can actually do something about.<br>Assembly Bill 811 is legislation that allows you to pay for solar installations using your property taxes to pay down a 7% loan guaranteed by the state and added to the tite of your house.<br>
Unfortunatly the banks dont want to loan on these projects because the state may go bankrupt so their guarantees are questionable. The bank would still be attached to the title so they have little to lose unless all property values collapse completely.<br>
