I wrote the County of San Bernardino Dept. of Health regarding composting toilets. They have not approved them. Please write your local reps and encourage their use.<br>Composting toilets have advanced over the years. most of your national parks and rest stops use them succcessfully with little odor. The EPA has approved them.<br>
The southwest has a major water shortage problem that creates many problems. Composting toilets would help gratly and get people out of the flush and forget mentality.<br>Curtis<br>
