"Students learn about jobs and career with promising futures in our
radically changing world. Class explores the societal and economic
changes resulting from new awareness about the challenges of global
climate disruption, environmental degradation, economic instability and
the end of cheap fossil fuels. New opportunities in green building,
alternative health care, environmental restoration, cooperative law,
non-corporate arts and media, wind energy, ecological farming,
ecotherapy, community leadership, non-violent communication and
sustainability education are discussed."
