~ As a final course project the class will present a mini-course to the public
• The Art of Facilitation: Via Examples & Role-Play
• Organizing a Class/Workshop/Course: From Planning to Implementation
• Abundant resources such as: sample curriculums, power points & PDC Reader, articles, details for organizing classes, extensive bibliography/dvd’s, list of Global Permaculture Hubs, and tricks of the trade.
* This course is a full immersion in real time Permaculture Principles offered by premier instructors of teachers’ trainings in North America. They will demonstrate diverse teaching techniques, encourage your unique strengths and talents and offer the tools and confidence needed to make the transition into teaching or, further hone your existing teaching skills.
Jude has taught this course since 2000, and it is modeled after the Teacher Training she attended with world-renowned Permaculture Instructors/Designers, Max Lindeggar and Lea Harrison.
Prerequisite: Permaculture Design Course Certificate
Tuition and Site Costs: $900. Includes workshop materials, camping & fabulous meals. Early registration discount $50.00 before 7/1.
A small number of internships are available. Space is limited to 15, so register early.
