Join Barbara Wishingrad for her presentation on Water
Harvesting Principles and Practices at the Livestock and Land Workshop
sponsored by the Cachuma Resource Conservation District, at the Santa
Ynez Valley Equestrian Center. The workshop is free and open to any
resident of Santa Barbara County, particularly those who have livestock
in a ranch or backyard setting. Barbara's talk will give a general
overview of water harvesting for those who are unfamiliar with the
practice, including components, sizing of tanks, uses of rainwater,
water quality, and how things work. You are welcome to attend the
entire event or just stop by for Barbara's presentation which is
scheduled to begin at 11:30AM.
