NEW!  TOOLS & MATERIALS available - sometimes people let us know what they have as surplus (SE Arizona area).  Besides what we offer on our web site here's one offer:

To Haul Away in Tucson, AZ:  remnants of a concrete driveway,  pieces of concrete (small enough to carry, very rough shapes). The driveway was 10' x 60', by about 4" think, so there is a lot available.  Some people have used similar pieces of concrete as the foundation for a cob bench or patios or even flooring. Hoping that there is someone out there who could use this, and keep the concrete out of the landfill.  It is all stacked in the alley behind my house. 2738 E. Adams Street (about 4 blocks North of Speedway, and 3 blocks east of Tucson Blvd. The alley is just south of Adams street.  "Free concrete" sign on the pile - can't miss it - it's a big pile. Home tel: 520 320-3936 (721-0500 ext 109 Mon -Fri at work) if someone wants to call before they come - certainly not necessary.
